Having to face the biggest pandemic in our history, we Indonesians had to cancel our most anticipated religious event of the year — “Mudik”. People were prohibited to see their families back home, and millions of families were not able to reunite this year.
Our big idea was to “reunite” them digitally through a special gift made by Nissin Wafers, hence the campaign #WafernyaSilatuhrahmi.
The campaign was welcomed with a drastic surge in Nissin’s re-commerce platforms. Our “Lebaran” pack was seen more than 53,000 times and our youtube video achieved a completion rate of more than 40% (Benchmark at 25%), indicating that the video was viewed until the end by most of our viewers.
