As a challenger in a tight male grooming market, WOW positioned BASK to play with its strength. Tapping in with the rise of local pride and locally owned products, the idea of #LokalGanteng was born. We engaged with the target audience using the keyword and hashtag Jurus #LokalGanteng through end-to-end digital activation on social media platforms and in cooperation with Bukalapak.
Involving Asia Youtube’s King – Atta Halilintar, we managed to flood our BukaLapak’s store with orders in the first week of its launch. We have also created an online disruption with our #LokalGanteng movement where the audience could submit and show off their “Jurus #LokalGanteng”.
